Incentive lands deal at Luton Airport

Incentive FM Consultancy, part of Incentive FM Group, has been chosen to help further improve the standard of cleanliness at London Luton Airport (LLA).

Supporting LLA’s recent £150 million investment to upgrade the airport and increase capacity by 50 per cent to 18 million passengers by 2020, Incentive will assist the procurement and operations teams in drafting new specification and service level agreements to ensure that tenders for the new cleaning contracts (due in March 2018) aid further cleaning improvements. The company will also oversee the mobilisation of the new contract.

LLA is one of the UK’s largest airports and is one of the fastest growing airports in Europe, carrying more than 15 million passengers in 2017. In response to the continued accelerated growth, the airport has undertaken a large development project, including redesigning the terminal by adding new shops and restaurants, as well as the transport infrastructure.

Kimberly Kennedy at LLA, said: “We are committed to delivering a more efficient and enjoyable experience for our passengers, therefore we require a world class cleaning solution. Incentive FM Consultancy impressed us with their confidence to drive change and their exceptional industry knowledge. We look forward to working with them.”

The new contract further strengthens Incentive FM Consultancy’s growing portfolio of high profile transportation hubs.
