Specialist cleaning company, Incentive QAS, has won a three-year contract with Workman LLP, the property management and building consultancy firm, to provide a range of soft services at 80 Cheapside in the City of London.
Incentive QAS was awarded the contract following a tender process. Workman visited The St Botolph Building, a contemporary office space in Aldgate, where Incentive QAS provide a range of cleaning and associated services. During the visit, they were impressed with the company’s approach to innovation and use of technology to improve efficiencies.
Eighty Cheapside is a seven-storey, 94,211 square-foot multi-let property and also home to Workman’s City office. Incentive QAS will be responsible for cleaning all communal areas, daytime housekeeping, washroom services, consumables supply, pest control, waste management and window cleaning.
A team of four, three of which transferred via TUPE, will be deployed at the building from Monday to Friday. The team includes a dedicated supervisor who will oversee day-to-day operations.
Jamie Wright, Managing Director at Incentive QAS, commented: “This important contract with Workman further strengthens our presence in the City of London. To help us deliver an efficient and streamlined service, we have deployed the LEVIY contract management system at the facility. This will provide us with a complete overview of the operation, leading to huge efficiency gains that will benefit all the tenants in the building.”
Incentive QAS and sister company, Incentive FM, currently deliver solutions at several of Workman’s regional shopping centres, however this represents the first commercial property contract between the two organisations.
