Incentive QAS wins shopping centre deal

Incentive FM Group’s specialist cleaning arm, Incentive QAS, has won a million pound, three-year contract with property management company, Workman Group LLP, to provide cleaning services at the Pentagon shopping centre in Chatham, Kent.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Incentive QAS team of 14 staff will be providing a 24/7 cleaning service at the centre, which attracts over 225,000 shoppers every week. It boasts a 16-lane bowling alley, events facilities and over 70 retails units. In addition Incentive QAS will provide a daily janitorial service, a full time waste management team and washroom services to Chathams only public washroom facilities.

Speaking about the contract award, Jamie Wright, managing director of Incentive QAS, said:

“Pentagon Shopping Centre is an established and important local and regional shopping destination and we are committed to delivering extremely high standards to ensure a great customer experience for all the visitors. This is the latest addition to our growing portfolio which has seen us grow by 59 per cent in the past 15 months.”

Martyn Stone, centre director of the Pentagon Shopping Centre, added:

“All of us here at The Pentagon are committed to making our customers as welcome as possible and providing a clean environment is a major part of that. The fact that Incentive FM Group has a strong relationship with Workman LLP and supports them at locations such as Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre in Sheffield, means we can be reassured about their commitment and ability to deliver what we need.”
