Kärcher promotes Paul Bensley to sales director as part of wider restructure

Kärcher UK has announced the promotion of Paul Bensley to Sales Director for the UK Professional Business as part of an internal restructure focused on improving the customer experience.

Bensley will lead the entire Professional Sales Team along with the Field Solutions Team, Kärcher UK Training Academy and Professional Service Business. This newly formed OneProfessional business brings together Sales and Service which will create synergies and allow Kärcher to focus the entire business on delivering a world-class customer experience.

The new approach is part of Kärcher’s strategic growth plans which involves focusing both the Sales and Service businesses on industry specific target groups to drive its growth goal. From Facilities Management to Agriculture and Healthcare, Kärcher’s ranges of cleaning equipment provide genuine solutions for everyday and specialist cleaning problems. Its focus on specific solutions for each group’s needs will enable Kärcher to continue to excel as a global cleaning provider.

Having joined Kärcher UK in 2018, Bensley’s ability to lead others and drive business sales has shone through. By forming close relationships with key accounts, he increased sales turnover by 42 per cent in his role as Sales Director.

Formerly in the British Military and industry agnostic Commercial Leader, Bensley is experienced in effective leadership. As Sales Director for the UK Professional Business, he will utilise his business management and leadership skills to drive further success at Kärcher UK.
