NJC retains Land Securities deal

NJC has retained its contract with Land Securities and will continue to provide cleaning and support services at 23 locations across the company’s London portfolio.

The new three-year, multi-million pound deal, which has the option for a two-year extension, builds on a 10-year partnership between NJC and Land Securities.

Commenting on the contract award, Ian Burr, head of property management at Land Securities, said:

“NJC has demonstrated a clear understanding of our requirements and the ability and determination to exceed them. They have presented proposals that put the customer experience at the heart of their service and provide new and innovative ways of working.”

Paul Crilly, managing director of NJC added:

“We’re delighted to have been awarded this significant contract, which builds on the strength of our existing relationship with Land Securities.
