Office Space Cleaning (OSC), a cleaning service provider to the flexible workspace and serviced office industry, has achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100.
In a recent survey of its client base, 100 per cent of respondents confirmed that they would recommend OSC, while 88.5 per cent gave a score of 10/10 when asked how likely they would be to do so. The survey follows significant business success for OSC, whose client base has grown to include leading flexible workspace operators Office Space in Town and Boutique Workplace Company.
OSC was praised for its “wonderful communication between staff”, quick response times and “real passion for the buildings they clean”. Respondents additionally cited “immaculate” attention to detail and the “helpful and pleasant” approach of staff as a key reason for their satisfaction with the company and its “excellent service”.
Demand for cleaning services, including the innovative anti-viral fogging service provided by OSC, has grown significantly through the pandemic as businesses, landlords and office space operators recognise the importance of sanitation, cleanliness and hygiene to workplace safety. In fact, research last year from the CIPD suggested that 45 per cent of people were nervous about returning to the workplace, while a survey by leading flex operator Office Space in Town found that 60 per cent of people would feel more comfortable returning to the workplace if additional cleaning measures were put in place.
