And the winners of the inaugural European Cleaning & Hygiene Awards 2016 are…

The winners of the inaugural European Cleaning Hygiene Awards were revealed at a recent ceremony in Barcelona.

The awards, founded by the European Cleaning Journal and organised by Environment Media Group, saw finalists, industry leaders and sponsors come together at the Majestic Hotel in recognition of the high standards of innovation and quality being achieved by individuals and companies across Europe’s cleaning industry.

The 10 category winners were chosen by a multi-national judging panel comprising of European Cleaning Journal editor Michelle Marshall; industry consultant Jean-Marc Flaux (France); director of contract cleaning association BIV Johannes Bungart (Germany); president of contract cleaning association ASPEL Juan Díez de los Ríos de San Juan (Spain); and industry consultant Lynn Webster (UK).

From almost 100 entries submitted by service providers, manufacturers and distributors the judges agreed the following entries were worthy of the highest accolades:

On receiving the highest accolade, Cooke said:
