Property operation management company benefits from Regenex treatment with three quarters of dirtiest linen returned

A London-based property company that provides housekeeping and linen management services is among Regenex’s latest customers.

Opago is counting its cash and carbon savings after turning to Regenex to get the most out of all items.

So far the company, which buys, lets and manages a range of property types, has sent four loads of heavily stained towels and bed linen, that could not be cleaned conventionally, to Regenex for processing.

Regenex’s gentle multi-bath treatment, rooted in textile chemistry knowhow, was a great success. Almost three quarters of items – 73 per cent of the consignment weight – has been returned in pristine white condition to grace many more beds and bathrooms.

The pieces, weighing 3.3 tonnes in total, would otherwise have been condemned to landfill or rag, wasting stock and money.

The results have delighted managers at Opago, as treatment has avoided the cost of unnecessary top-up stock and the environmental toll of discarding linen too early in its lifecycle.

Opago, established since 2020, is a leading provider of flexible rentals and full management solutions.
