UK manufacturer and B Corp certified eco-cleaning specialist, Delphis Eco, has confirmed it will return as Ecological Hygiene Partner for International Salon Culinaire at HRC 2026, marking the third consecutive year of the partnership. The high-profile live competition programme takes place within the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Show (HRC) at ExCeL London from 30 March to 1 April 2026.
HRC forms part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week and attracts more than 30,000 visitors from across hospitality, foodservice, facilities and operational management. Over 1,500 exhibitors will showcase products and solutions addressing performance, safety, sustainability and compliance across professional environments.
For the cleaning and hygiene sector, the partnership reflects the growing recognition of hygiene as a critical operational discipline, particularly in high-pressure, high-risk environments such as professional kitchens and foodservice operations. Throughout International Salon Culinaire, Delphis Eco hygiene products will be used live in competition conditions, demonstrating that ecological formulations can deliver the robust performance required in commercial settings.
Founder and CEO Mark Jankovich will once again join the judging panel, bringing a hygiene-led perspective to competitor assessment. Across the three days, Delphis Eco will present a Best-in-Class Hygiene Award in each competition category, recognising exceptional hygiene standards alongside technical skill and professionalism.
More than 600 competitors will use a range of Delphis Eco products during the event, including Anti-Bacterial Sanitiser, Foaming Oven Cleaner, Super Active Washing-Up Liquid and Anti-Bacterial Hand Soap. In addition, Anti-Bacterial Sanitiser dispensers will be installed across the wider HRC exhibition floor, supporting best practice hygiene for visitors, exhibitors and staff.
Jankovich commented: “This partnership is about demonstrating that ecological cleaning is no longer a ‘nice to have’ – it is a credible, high-performance solution for professional environments where hygiene standards are non-negotiable.
“International Salon Culinaire provides a uniquely demanding live environment, and it allows us to show, very visibly, that sustainability and performance can go hand in hand.”
British-made Delphis Eco products are increasingly specified across hospitality, foodservice and facilities management operations seeking to reduce environmental impact without compromising on efficacy. The company is widely recognised for its plant-based, vegan and biodegradable formulations, alongside 100 per cent recycled plastic packaging, a category-defining innovation pioneered by Delphis Eco as the first European manufacturer to introduce recycled plastic packaging at scale.
