H2O Restoration bolsters growth strategy with senior hire
H2O Restoration, the external cleaning and restoration specialists, has appointed Matt Lennard as Head of Sales as part of its growth plans and continued expansion across the UK.
Lennard joins the business with over 15 years of experience in sales leadership, strategy, and business development, bringing a strong track record in driving growth and implementing structured sales strategies. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for the business as it continues to scale its operations across the public and private sectors and its franchisee network.
H2O Restoration has established itself as a market-leading provider of specialist external cleaning services, using advanced steam cleaning technology to deliver effective, environmentally friendly results across commercial, residential and heritage sectors. Known for its innovative approach and high standards, the business continues to grow its national footprint through both direct services and its expanding franchisee network.
In his new role, Lennard will focus on driving new organic growth across the business’s key sectors as well as developing H2O Restoration’s sales function. This includes enhancing the customer experience and supporting the continued expansion of the company’s nationwide reactive maintenance offering. He will also play a key role in driving growth across H2O Restoration’s range of cleaning services.
