TWO Services, the family-run commercial kitchen cleaning and maintenance specialist celebrating its 40th year in business, today announced a strategic growth investment from YFM Equity Partners, the independent UK private equity firm. The investment gives
TWO Services additional resources to invest in its operations and pursue its next stage of growth, while the family values and culture that have underpinned its success remain unchanged.
Founded in 1986 by Alan Osborn, and still led by the next generation of the Osborn family today, TWO Services has grown from its Essex roots into a trusted national partner for cleaning, maintenance and equipment supply across the contract catering and facilities management sectors, with operational centres in London and Leeds and a team of around 100 people. Many have been with the business for between 25 and 35 years, a tenure that reflects the close-knit, family culture at its heart.
As part of the partnership, TWO Services will expand its engineering and cleaning teams, upgrade its equipment and grow its coverage across the UK, supporting ambitious growth targets across all three of its service lines. It is growth built on the same hands-on, relationship-led approach that has defined the business for 40 years.
