Churchill appointed to GCA framework as soft FM supplier

Churchill has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s (GCA) Facilities Management and Security Services framework (RM6378).

GCA is the UK’s central commercial and procurement organisation, connecting public and private sectors to achieve the best outcomes for the UK and its citizens. GCA uses its commercial expertise to create a simpler procurement experience that redirects valuable resources into essential public services – creating value for the nation.

Churchill has been appointed to Lot 3 (Soft Facilities Management). Services delivered in this lot include cleaning, front-of-house, waste management, ground maintenance, and hygiene and safety.

In addition to demonstrating its ability to deliver these services, Churchill also had to meet mandatory service management criteria including performance monitoring, quality management, social value delivery, carbon net zero contribution activities, and workforce recruitment, training and performance.
