Bidvest Noonan also took home Cleaning Service Provider of the Year - TFM award
Bidvest Noonan has been named the winner of Overall Excellence in Facilities Management at the Facilities Management Awards UK 2026, the programme’s headline accolade, following a night in which the business also secured three category awards.
The Facilities Management Awards UK are an annual awards programme recognising service providers, teams and individuals from across the UK facilities management industry. More than 50 organisations were represented among this year’s finalists, spanning large integrated and total facilities management providers, specialist and single-service contractors, technology and systems innovators, and in-house workplace and facilities teams drawn from the private sector, higher education, local government and the NHS.
Alongside the headline awards, Bidvest Noonan won:
- Cleaning Service Provider of the Year – TFM
- Client and Service Provider Partnership of the Year – TFM, awarded to its Nissan partnership
- FM Service Provider Team of the Year, awarded to its TransPennine Express team
Bidvest Noonan was also named as a finalist across a wide range of other categories, including sustainability, technology, health and safety, and individual achievement.
Cormac Sheils, Chief Operations Officer at Bidvest Noonan, said: “These awards are a reflection of the outstanding people who represent Bidvest Noonan every day and the trust our customers place in us. Facilities management is ultimately about making complex environments work seamlessly for the people who rely on them, whether that is in workplaces, healthcare settings, transport networks or public spaces.
“To be recognised with the Overall Excellence award, alongside three category wins, is a tremendous achievement. It reflects the commitment of our teams, the strength of our customer partnerships, and our ongoing focus on innovation, service excellence and continuous improvement. I am incredibly proud of everyone who contributed to this success.”
This year’s gala ceremony was held on 25 September 2026 at the Park Plaza London Riverbank.
