Delphis Eco granted new Royal Warrant to His Majesty The King

Delphis Eco Founder and CEO, Mark Jankovich

This week sees HM The King and HM The Queen grant the first Royal Warrants of Appointment of the new reign.  One hundred and forty-five companies were granted a Royal Warrant of Appointment to HM The King and of those, seven companies were also awarded a Royal Warrant of Appointment to HM The Queen.

Delphis Eco, an ecological cleaning range in the UK that leads in the hospitality and professional cleaning markets, (with an increasing domestic presence), has been granted a Royal Warrant of Appointment to HM The King.

The grants were made to companies drawn from those previously holding a Royal Warrant of Appointment to His Majesty as Prince of Wales, who began granting Warrants in 1980.

Delphis Eco supplies both Kitchen and Housekeeping departments within the Royal Household and has held a Royal Warrant for 10 years out of its 17 years of trading. It has historically held a Royal Warrant of Appointment to HM The Queen Elizabeth II and HM The Prince of Wales.

The Delphis Eco’ range is made from renewable, plant-based ingredients, with every product packaged in the UK’s first 100 per cent post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, reducing carbon by 61 per cent compared to using virgin plastic.  The company is a certified B Corporation, and the first UK manufacturer to have achieved EU Ecolabel (Defra) accreditation.

Delphis Eco is committed to being Carbon Zero by 2035 through all aspects of its business, pioneering a way to repurpose single-use plastic, using renewable energy, using vegetable ink for bottle labels, and 100 per cent recycled cardboard boxes including the inner box liner.

Founder and CEO, Mark Jankovich, said: “We are deeply honoured and proud to be awarded the Grant of Royal Appointment to HM The King within these first Royal Appointments.

“It is especially meaningful for us as we know what the Warrants stand for.  These are only granted for exceptional product performance, deep sustainability ethos and unwavering service.

“HM The King is passionate about sustainability and making a difference and we are truly delighted to be of service to him and his household.”

Companies holding a royal warrant, which is granted for up to five years, are recognised for providing goods or services to the monarchy and are allowed to use the coat of arms of the royal they are associated with on packaging, as part of advertising or on stationery.
