Incentive QAS has landed a major contract extension to continue to provide a range of services for the prestigious Tower Place which is located next to the Tower of London.
The three-year extension has been awarded by a leading property management company and builds on the previous successful six years track record that Incentive QAS has been delivering services.
Tower Place was designed by world-renowned architect Sir Norman Foster. The buildings include a public plaza, the largest of its kind in Europe, with trees in front of All Hallows Church. The buildings have over 354,000 squared feet of mixed office space and 24,304 squared feet of retail space.
Incentive QAS will be responsible for all aspects of external cleaning of the public realm areas including the nearby walkways and plaza. In addition, external window cleaning and pest control services will be provided.
