National trade body, British Pest Control Association (BPCA), is hosting a major showcase of traditional and cutting-edge pest management techniques at its PPC Live trade show next month.
Professionals in the cleaning industry are invited to attend the free event in Yorkshire, to find out why they are a pest professional’s best friend and how pest professionals can help keep their working environments pest-free.
PPC Live brings a host of pest management experts and exhibitors together under one roof – offering an opportunity to get to grips with professional pest control and what it offers to cleaning professionals.
The one-day trade show is at Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate on Wednesday 22 March and is an ideal opportunity to find out about the latest innovations in the pest control industry.
With a packed programme of seminars, demonstrations, forums and more than 50 exhibitors, there’s something for everyone with an interest in managing pests.
PPC Live covers everything from the possible threats posed by invasive species and product regulation changes to bioacoustics and bed bug detection dogs.
Lauren Day, Events Manager at BPCA said: “PPC Live isn’t a standard trade show – there will be a huge amount of useful knowledge and insight into the sector on offer, which is valuable to people in the industry and those working in related sectors like cleaning, environmental health and facilities management.
“We have a range of expert talks and the chance to get hands-on with new pest kit, as well as the opportunity to meet the people designing and distributing the latest in pest control technology.
“Pests can be a major issue for cleaners and we’re urging professionals in the sector, to come along and see what professional pest control has to offer at PPC Live.”
The trade show is open from 9am to 4pm on Wednesday 22 March at Yorkshire Events Centre in Harrogate.
Admission is free and delegates who register in advance will get a free breakfast roll and hot drink.
