A&R Services had humble beginnings, starting as an ironing business by Rayner Davies. Soon, her then-husband joined the business and became a fast-growing domestic cleaning business, providing many job opportunities in the local area.
These days, A&R Services, which has over 35o employees, is recognised as a leading soft services company, providing commercial cleaning, security services and more across Wales and the South West of England. The company holds partnerships with other flagship businesses such as Welsh Water, Snowdonia National Park and One Central Square.
After a recent MBO, the business is looking to build upon all it has done in the last 12 years. Now picking up more clients in the South West of England, A&R Services says it firmly has its sights on another period of growth, providing employment opportunities throughout the country, as well as top-level service.
