Excellerate Services, a leading services company supplying cleaning and security services to multiple market sectors throughout the UK & Ireland, has announced its acquisition of CCM Facilities Ltd, one of the UK’s most progressive national contract cleaning specialists.
The acquisition combines two, likeminded, value focussed businesses now with an annual turnover of £45 million, employing approximately 2,500 colleagues, operating in 700 locations.
Both Companies, CCM founded in 1990 by Alastair Fox, to deliver bespoke cleaning & facilities solutions in an ethical & sustainable way and Excellerate Services UK, whose parent company, Excellerate, a major African property services company operating extensively across sub-Saharan territories, are committed to implementing Excellerate’s technology platforms, as well as integrating extensive Intellectual Property, to deliver a more tech based, transparent and efficient cleaning service to its clients.
