SC Johnson Professional’s sustainability performance at its Denby, UK site has been awarded a Gold Medal rating for 2022 by EcoVadis, an evidence-based corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability ratings framework designed to measure and report on these factors.
The rating puts the professional skin care, cleaning and hygiene solutions provider in the top five per cent of peer companies rated by EcoVadis across 160+ countries for its efforts at the Denby, UK site.
SC Johnson Professional was required to demonstrate evidence which showed its commitment to key EcoVadis environmental, social and ethical factors. The measurement of these factors is supported by a methodology which draws from international sustainable development standards, including the United Nations Global Compact, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), and ISO 26000.
