Minster Cleaning Services has taken home the bronze accolade for Franchisor Of The Year at the bfa HSBC British Franchise Awards 2021.2021 marks the 32nd year of this leading bfa hsbc franchising award, a flagship event for the UK franchising industry. The glittering event took place on 30 November at The Vox in Birmingham, where the UK’s best franchisors and franchisees were celebrated.Established in 1982, Minster Cleaning is a leading office and commercial cleaning franchise. Each year thousands of its customers benefit from expert and reliable commercial cleaning, tailored to their precise needs.The company battled it out against a record number of entries to secure the accolade for its rebrand project during the pandemic. During the project, the leadership team ensured the importance of being safe was emphasised throughout the business.Commenting on the win, Mike Parker, Minster Services Group franchisor said: “To be recognised as a Franchisor Of The Year is a real honour and I couldn’t be more proud of the whole Minster Cleaning team, without whom this award would not have been possible.
