National contract cleaning company invests in training partnership

Having experienced a period of growth and change, national contract cleaning company, Indepth Managed Services, has partnered with Momentus to deliver its training and development vision, in line with its business strategy.

In March this year, as part of its virtual team day, Indepth delivered the outline of its roadmap for the year, with each area of the business focusing on its own KPI’s. The roadmap demonstrated aims and objectives along with Indepth’s ambitious, aspirational sales target for the financial year ahead.

With a firm focus on continual growth, Indepth also wants to improve and maintain high levels of support and service to its clients and employees. The company identified that in order to meet these key objectives, it would require the development and creation of a new training ethos to provide first class training and development to all staff, across the whole of the business.

Indepth sought an external partner to work with over a 12-month period, who would have the capabilities and credentials to design and deliver a future focused programme, underpinning the personal, management and leadership development needs of the business.

Momentus will be taking Indepth employees on a training and development journey, focussing on improving the induction process, team and individual development, building courses and certification around role specific requirements and supporting everyone’s personal development and career aspirations. This will all lead to making learning an ongoing experience throughout the business.

This is a significant investment for the business that gives Indepth employees a great opportunity to grow individually and also collectively as a business.

Indepth’s Managing Director, Suzanne Richardson commented: “People are crucial to the successful running of this business and we want to invest in and develop everyone. We want to give our employees the skills and support that they need so that they can achieve incredible things at Indepth and we can comfortably reach our key sales targets.

“Having already had the experience of working with Momentus, I know that they are the right primary training partner for us as we have shared values and a passion to see people grow.”

Since 1978, Indepth have been providing national cleaning and associated soft services to a wide range of sectors. The company employs over 1500 people throughout the UK and has a unique cloud-based UK Hub that manages and controls the whole of its operation.

James Perryman, Founder and Co-Director of Momentus, added: “We are delighted to further strengthen our relationship with Indepth through this partnership as they continue to invest in the training and development of their people.

“This is a positive commitment for us both and demonstrates the success that comes from our partnership approach and working together. We’re very much looking forward to the year ahead!”
