Airdri, a leading designer and manufacturer of hand dryers, has bolstered its sales team with the appointment of a new Head of Commercial.
Mike Smith brings over 12 years’ sales experience with him, having previously held positions with Bose Professional and Dyson. He will be responsible for further developing the hand dryer business across the UK and Europe, as the firm continues to grow its product portfolio with a number of exciting new launches over the next 12 months.
Commenting on his new appointment, Smith said: “I am delighted to be joining the team at Airdri as the company continues to invest in its workforce and focus on new product development. It’s an interesting time to be entering the hygiene sector, but if the past few months have taught us anything, it’s that our products and services have a vital role to play in preventing the spread of infection through proper hand hygiene measures.
“Although I will be working remotely alongside my new colleagues initially, I look forward to getting to know the team and visiting our customers when the country is back up and running in the coming months.”
