The Westgrove Group has been awarded a significant new three-year multi-million pound total facilities management (TFM) contract to provide comprehensive facilities management services at premier regional shopping centre, Festival Place in Basingstoke, which is managed by leading property management company Estama.
Under this new partnership, Westgrove will deliver a full suite of facilities management services including cleaning, security, waste, and hard services, supporting Festival Place’s commitment to maintaining an exceptional, safe, and welcoming environment for its millions of annual visitors.
