Birmingham-based window cleaning specialists, Art Cleaning Services, has brought home the Window Cleaning Company of the Year Award.
Having previously come in a very close second in 2017 the firm says it is delighted to have hit the top spot this time round.
The Federation of Window cleaners congratulated Art Cleaning on being judged a joint Winner in this year’s National Window Cleaning Company of the year 2023 competition, organised and run by the FWC.
FWC Chairman Andrew Lee and Vice-Chairman Steve Kennedy said: “This year saw higher numbers of entrants with extremely high-quality submissions than in previous years. Judging and scoring all entrants was very difficult for the judges with not many points separating the actual winners and those nearly placed.
“Judging was based on Industry achievements, time served in the window cleaning industry, customer testimonials and an overall contribution to the industry, and Art Cleaning has excelled and deserves every recognition from the FWC and indeed the Window Cleaning Industry.”
Art Cleaning MD, Simon Hart, said: “We are incredibly proud to have been recognised for this award. The last 12 months has seen a huge amount of change for our company, from adopting a new IT system that has streamlined our processes, to internal company expansion and renovations, and of course all this on the back of the pandemic challenges! So, to have been awarded Company of the Year at this stage is a really proud moment and a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the all the team.”
The Window Cleaning Company of the Year awards were held on the 16 March at London ExCeL, as part of the UK’s annual Cleaning Show.
