Commercial contract cleaning provider, Ecocleen, has appointed Chris Naisby as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The former Finance Director of the Pinewood Group joins the company with over 20 years’ experience in providing strategic and financial guidance delivering profitable growth and business transformation.
With Naisby’s extensive experience in finance at both entry and board level, he has great scope for bringing his experience to Ecocleen as it stands on the cusp of major strategic change. In his role as Finance Director at Pinewood, Naisby was instrumental in business expansion, refinancing of core debts, a delisting and relisting of the group and the opening of studios internationally. With ambitious business plans in place, he will bring fresh thinking to Ecocleen, managing information and processes to ensure the Finance team can more proactively support the Regional Director’s businesses.
Naisby joins Ecocleen at an exciting time as the company has recently restructured its management team to lead the way as we move into our new normal. Jean-Henri Beukes is now Ecocleen’s CEO, with Mark McMullen becoming the new Chief Commercial Officer and Henry Beukes remaining as its Chairman.
Speaking on his new role, Chris Naisby said: “I am thrilled to be joining the Ecocleen team at the start of this growth trajectory. It is a great opportunity to take ownership of the company’s financial management and truly make a difference. I am also thoroughly looking forward to working with the executive team and supporting the business from a strategic perspective, to implement and own a financial strategy that drives long-term success.”
“We are honoured that Chris has chosen to work with Ecocleen after an illustrious career. He is joining us at a time where our business is about to go through a maturity cycle and he will be a great asset in helping to develop a strong financial strategy. His experience, integrity and confidence in finance will help bring my vision as CEO to life. Chris is also hugely aligned with our company values and I’m pleased that he is ready for this new challenge and to make a difference,” said Jean-Henri Beukes, CEO of Ecocleen.
