One of the UK’s leading providers of industrial, commercial and domestic cleaning services, ICE Cleaning, has expanded its management team with a series of senior appointments to support its substantial 700 per cent business growth between 2020 and 2021.
Three new positions, Operations Manager, Sales Manager and Financial Controller, have been created to support ICE Cleaning’s Leadership Team in providing its 2,000 strong client base with the highest standards in service and support.
The recent appointments complete a critical tier of management for ICE Cleaning, which will provide a robust structure to underpin the business’ continued growth over the next two to three years.
Having appointed over 30 field and office staff since January 2021, ICE Cleaning now has over 50 employees, who are dedicated to delivering industry-leading cleaning services and customer excellence to every client. This includes high profile names such as West Ham United, L’Occitane and Nando’s.

As part of ICE Cleaning’s ambitious growth plans, and to accommodate its rapidly expanding workforce, it is currently transitioning its head offices to Cudham, Kent. The move will also ensure its team of highly trained technicians can attend jobs in the fastest lead times possible, with its dedicated emergency response team strategically positioned to be on site within 60 minutes.
Having conducted over 20,000 cleans since 2017, ICE Cleaning provides a complete range of cleaning services to the B2B and B2C markets, including virus decontamination and sanitisation, commercial cleaning, graffiti removal, car park cleaning and crime scene cleaning.
Over the next two to three years, and with the support of the new senior management team, ICE Cleaning says it will be enhancing this offering even further as part of its commitment to providing each client with the highest standards of hygiene. This includes the development of its unique ICE SHIELD technology, which effectively decontaminates whole environments and touchpoints to eradicate 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
