Kingdom Cleaning celebrates success at Taylor Swift’s Wembley Eras Tour

Kingdom Cleaning was proud to support Wembley Park throughout the London leg of the American superstar Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

Through the most recent five-night stint at the 90,000 capacity stadium, running from the 15 – 20 August, Kingdom Cleaning’s expert operatives were contracted to make the outside of Wembley Stadium spotless after the confetti filed festivities of the nights before. With each show finishing around 11pm, and eager fans arriving at the stadium early the following day, Kingdom Cleaning was tasked with clearing the Wembley Park area of the litter accrued from the concerts and ensuring the area was cleaned effectively for the next intake of thousands of fans.

Carla Martins, Contract Manager of Wembley Park of Kingdom Cleaning, said: “We are proud to support Wembley Park cleaning at several events such as football matches, concerts and more. This contract cleaning during The Eras Tour required an efficient, reliable and expert cleaning team – all of which our operational colleagues demonstrated night after night; with our team rising to the challenge.”

Kingdom Cleaning, part Kingdom Services Group, has worked with Wembley Park for over seven years, and used Glutton street vacuums which enabled efficiency and speed needed for the fast turnaround between concerts.

Martins said: “The technology, strategy and expert guidance we bring as a company means that Wembley Park can trust in our services even when they are hosting one of the biggest tours of all time. Our role in ensuring Wembley Park is spotless before every concert is to create that essential first impression. Wembley Park is home to the biggest stadium in the UK, as well as numerous park areas, bars, restaurants, and residential areas, all of which play into the image of Wembley from the outset.”

The team ensured that on every date of the tour at Wembley, a clean and safe environment was maintained for the 90,000 people in attendance, in the areas outside the stadium, such as clearing and cleaning the walkways and paths. When there are no events at Wembley Stadium, the team’s day presence ensures that the outside of the stadium is clean and tidy for local residents and visitors alike.

The Kingdom team received excellent feedback from the Health & Safety Manager at Wembley Stadium, who said: “We are thankful for the team’s consistent high standards, especially considering the extremely high footfall of the concerts.”

Kingdom Cleaning deliver expert cleaning services to stadiums, offices, hotels, public sector buildings, manufacturing and logistics facilities, shopping centres and many more, supporting their high-performing teams and driving operational excellence through excellent service with care. Kingdom Hygiene also supply over £2 million of cleaning consumables across the UK.
