Tudor Group extends its deep cleaning and disinfection offering

Facilities management and contract cleaning company, Tudor Group, has developed and extended out its specialist disinfection and deep cleaning service in response to the current coronavirus pandemic.

Based in Manchester, Tudor offers window cleaning, specialist cleaning, general cleaning and ancillary maintenance services to more than 150 customers nationwide.

As a result of market demand for deep cleaning services from corporates and the public sector to stop the spread of coronavirus, Tudor has further upskilled members of its frontline teams to carry out sanitisation and deep cleaning. Recent clients include international investment company Foresight Group’s head office at The Shard, and a number of customers within the transport, healthcare and food manufacturing sectors. The Group also continues to deliver cleaning services to organisations that are providing essential services during this unprecedented period.

Tudor says it has developed robust operational guidelines to ensure its staff are able to maintain social distancing while undertaking their new duties. This allowed the Tudor team, in full PPE, to ensure Foresight’s workspace in the 95-storey building was given a comprehensive clean, ensuring it would be safe for when the firm’s staff return at the appropriate future date.

Fabien Caqueret, Managing Director at Tudor, commented: “We’re proud to have tailored our services in order to support our clients during this challenging and difficult period.

“Our relationship with Foresight has been pivotal to our ongoing expansion and we were very pleased to utilise our new deep clean programme in their iconic office.”

Claire Alvarez, Director at Foresight Group, said: “I’d like to thank Tudor not just for its expert deep clean of our head-office in the Shard, but more importantly the ongoing work of each and every staff member towards the upkeep of many important buildings that are helping to support those that need it most.”
