London concierge cleaning specialist unveils digital platform reflecting the landmark buildings it supports across the capital.
JPC by Samsic, London’s premium concierge-led cleaning provider, has launched a fully redesigned website at jpcbysamsic.uk, creating a digital platform that reflects the scale and standard of buildings the company supports across the capital.
The new site replaces a legacy platform that no longer represented the quality of JPC’s operations or the calibre of buildings in its portfolio. From The Leadenhall Building and Regent’s Place to Here East and the Pontegadea portfolio, JPC maintains some of London’s most recognised commercial landmarks.
Today the company supports millions of square feet of commercial real estate across London, working with leading landlords, developers and property managers to maintain some of the capital’s most demanding buildings.
The redesigned website has been built to mirror that environment, offering a modern and immersive experience that brings visitors inside the buildings, teams and operational standards that define JPC’s work.
“Our standards are non-negotiable. Every building we look after is treated as a landmark, and this website is an extension of that standard,” said Adam Black, Director of Sales and Marketing at JPC by Samsic.
“We wanted a platform that shows exactly what we do and why the biggest names in London property trust us to deliver it.”
JPC by Samsic operates a Concierge Cleaning model, combining front-of-house hospitality standards with specialist cleaning expertise to deliver a premium service experience within commercial buildings.
Founded in 1985 as a father-and-son operation, JPC has grown into an 800-strong team delivering cleaning, front-of-house and ancillary services across London’s commercial property sector.
The new website also highlights JPC’s continued investment in innovation and sustainability. Operational systems now include AI-assisted cleaning planning, cobotic cleaning technologies and the company’s proprietary Materiality Tracker, used to monitor environmental impact and support carbon reporting.
In 2024, JPC by Samsic received the IWFM Impact Award for Excellence in Customer Experience, recognising the company’s commitment to service quality and workforce development. Initiatives such as its NextGen management pathway and Wagestream support programme continue to support employees across the business.
