Framework win gives FM teams direct route to KleenCheck as Orange Technology celebrates three decades in business.
Facilities managers can now buy KleenCheck®, Orange Technology Ltd’s cloud-based cleaning compliance platform, straight from the NHS Supply Chain catalogue after the SME was named on the 2025 Cleaning Equipment & Associated Products framework (Lot 10).
KleenCheck® modules include Pro Audit, FR1 (critical clean SOPs) and FR6 (training & induction).
Why it matters for FM & Soft-Services providers
Challenge | KleenCheck solution |
Paper tick-sheets & siloed data | Mobile app with live dashboards & exportable KPIs |
New National Cleaning Standard (Feb 2025) requires auditable evidence | Automated reports mapped to each FR category |
Rising cost-to-serve | Site-wide licence priced nationally via framework, avoiding bespoke tenders |
KleenCheck lets staff attach photos and videos to each task, generates real-time percentage scores and stores reports securely in the cloud. It is anticipated that users will be able to reduce audit preparation times by 60 per cent.
“Being on the framework streamlines procurement for both hard and soft FM contractors,” explained Peter Lucas, CEO. “It’s the perfect way to mark our 30-year journey from early compliance tools to today’s AI-ready cleaning platform.”
Orange Technology was established in 1995, supplying workforce, onboarding and audit software to over 100 enterprises and academic institutions.
