Award-winning commercial cleaning company Mrs Buckét grew by 30 per cent growth in 2025, marking a key milestone in its 20th year of operation.
Last year, the Swansea-based company also secured 30 new clients, bringing the total number of clients to more than 180.
As part of its strategy to diversify and grow, Mrs Buckét has established a strong foothold in high-demand sectors, with significant wins in Advanced Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Food Manufacturing industries.
Some of Mrs Buckét’s longstanding clients include PCI Pharma Services, Dow and GE Aerospace. New clients that have come on board in 2025 include Monmouthshire Building Society and Hugh James.
Education was also a growth area for the company, where it bagged contract wins with Bassaleg High School and secured a place on Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council’s (RCTCBC) cleaning framework covering 79 education and school sites, all of which resulted in further senior management roles being created.
Rachael Flanagan, Founder and CEO of Mrs Buckét said: “We are incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved in 2025. To see 30 per cent growth in our 20th year is just amazing, and we’re excited about what lies ahead.
“The addition of key clients, the expansion into new sectors, and the continued success in education all show how far we’ve come. We’re always striving for excellence, and our team is ready for the next phase of growth as we focus on expanding into the supermarket/retail and higher education sectors, aiming to provide tailored cleaning services that meet the needs of these growing industries.
“Our dedicated team is at the heart of everything we do, and with their commitment, we can only continue to build on our success.”
